Because Zil Jewelry pieces are handmade to order, I can only offer store credit in the event that you'd like to return a product. With that being said, I'm always happy to help you pick out a new piece that you'll be happy with and super excited about!

Items in unworn, original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, items in unworn, original condition may be exchanged for store credit, minus a 15% restocking fee. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

If you purchased your item from a retailer who carries my line, please contact them directly for return information.


All sales are final on sale items. I do not offer returns, credits or exchanges on these items.


All Zil pieces come with a lifetime guarantee and repairs are always free. If you're a rough and tumble person like me, breakage can happen and that's totally ok! If anything should happen to one of your pieces, use the form below to contact me with your order number (if ordered online,) the specified item, and information on what needs repairing.


Please fill out the form below to initiate your return for store credit. Please be sure to include your order number with your message.

Once you receive confirmation, you can ship your item back. There is no refund or reimbursement on shipping/handling charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and can be sent by their preferred shipping method.

When returning your item(s), please package with ample padding to protect the jewelry during shipment and consider including insurance for high-value items. Zil Jewelry will not be responsible for inadequately packaged items or items damaged during shipment in any way.

Upon receipt of your item(s) in original condition, a gift card for store credit will be issued for the original purchase price of the returned item(s.) It can be used to purchase anything in the shop as well as shipping if applicable. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your return and store credit.
